As far back in my life as I can recall, I’ve enjoyed nature, crafting, and sharing my creations with my family and friends. My Husband once suggested that I genuinely want to be friends with everyone I meet, and he couldn't be more right! With that in mind, I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to share my handmade aromatherapy products and crafts with all the friends I haven’t met!
Our Story...
Jess has battled eczema and sensitive skin her entire life. In 2014, a particularly stubborn and painful eczema flare covered half of the fingers and back of her dominant hand for over 6 months. Traditional lotions and creams only exacerbated the problem, and she began to look for clean and natural remedies which led her to essential oils. After experiencing lasting relief from the pain and irritation on her hand for the first time in more than half a year, she couldn't wait to spread the word to others suffering from eczema. Jess spent countless hours researching the benefits offered by various essential oils, natural butters, and carrier oils and began to develop and test product recipes. The very first product offered by Second Nature Artisan was the Eczema + Psoriasis Salve that started it all! Years later, SNA features 10 Signature Blends of essential oils and offers over 20 different products, each made-to-order and hand-blended in small batches. All Second Nature Artisan products are pure, natural, and free from artificial colorants and fragrances, fillers, parabens, petroleum, phthalates, sulfates, and synthetics.
